  • "No significant differences in clinical outcomes between the patients undergoing HDx or PLD.
    Single treatments reduced plasma levels of IL-8 and IL-10 significantly with HDx (p<0.001 and 0.03 respectively) and with PLD (p=0.001 and 0.1 respectively).
    All over the 2-week study, no significant modifications in circulating cytokine levels between the two groups, except for a parallel increase of IL-8 and IL-10 at one week control in the HDx group.
